Chuck Lischer

Chucks Pennsylvania boyhood dreams were to perform in air shows and be an engineer. He received his pilot license and taught flying while attending San Diego State University. Chuck graduated with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics and Geography and over 1,500 hours of flight time logged. In 1974, he received his first FAA letter of unlimited aerobatic competency for any altitude and any airplane. Chuck was the founder and lead pilot of Team America, a very successful, award winning, formation aerobatic team. He flew 709 performances from 1984 through 1996. In 1997, in conjunction with Electronic Arts, Chuck created the Janes Combat Simulations F-260. In two years, he performed 117 solo acts at 50 air shows.

Chuck currently has over 9,500 hours logged in over 70 different types of aircraft. He has flown over 1,000 aerobatic performances at more than 100 different show sites across the US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Bermuda. Over 1,000 media and VIP flights have been flown during Chuck's 30 years of performing. If that wasn't enough, he has commercial pilot, flight instructor, ground instructor, airframe and powerplant mechanic licenses, and he is an FAA designated aerobatics competency evaluator. He holds a level one (ground level) aerobatic card with solo and formation aerobatics approved. Chuck resides in Cameron Park, California.
